When: Thursday and Friday, November 7 and 8 Chaperones: I need 6 more chaperones for this event! Please text me asap if you can help out! Cost: $40 per student (chaperones are free) Fee and permission slip are due Wednesday, Nov. 6. Transportation: A bus will take us to GCA Thursday afternoon and return us to CAMS Thursday
evening. A bus will take us to GCA Friday morning and drop us off for the rest of the day. Parents
are responsible for picking up their children at GCA Friday evening after the concert.
Schedule: The Event Schedule is attached. Thursday, November 7
2:15 p.m.—load bus

9:00 p.m.—Arrive back at CAMS Friday, November 8
