6. History: the story behind it becoming a French-speaking country, when and how it gained independence; other interesting/important moments in its history.

10. Favourite pastime
11. Music: a famous singer or musician--sing/play us a song!
12. Tourism: places to see/sites to experience
13. Interview someone from one of these countries--there are a few native French speakers in the area--you may even invite someone to the classroom!
