When you have read all your articles, you should be pretty firm in what your thesis will be. Now go back to the highlighted parts of your sources and decide which parts you will use in your paper. Put these onto note cards with the source's author's last name at the top. These cards can be computer done, but they must be identified (put the author's name on the top left, put your name on the top right) and cut apart to become your note cards.
You are to do 12 note cards (approx. 2 from each source). Your complete packet (sources/articles, note cards, research paper ideas sheet, and library book) must be turned in using the envelope given you in class.
You need to answer these questions in a 300-word essay.
Conclude your report with this statement and sign it:
“I have read the reported pages____________________________(signature)” ----Do not trade your integrity for points.
The Scarlet Letter: issues - parents' rights, society's role in enforcing behavior, what behaviors are society's responsibility
