Develop "telling" sentences by adding sense impressions. Help the reader to experience your writing. 6. Include at least two specific, vivid times in your life to expand by using descriptive words and phrases. 7. Check basic structure, grammar, etc. |

You may open your eyes to write down descriptive words/phrases, then close eyes again to discover more about your object. Continue this until the teacher ends the writing session. You should be able to write at least 1/2 page. Share Time: Blind Ambition Descriptions Writing Workshop--Cooperative Learning: Describe an object to a partner who will write down a brainstorming list of only the most active, descriptivve words. Together, use the list to create a descriptive paragraph. |
