Essay Content & Organization
Show, don't tell. Especially focus on specific details that contribute to the overall creation of the character.
Keep the thesis readily in mind as you write out the profile and allow the thesis to control the shaping of your essay. Include examples to back up each of the three aspects you've chosen to focus on. For example use description, dialogue, a memory, emotions displayed in agitated movements, facial expressions, and so on.

Carefully proofread early drafts for problems with

1. ordering of events
2. consistent verb tense
3. consistent point of view
4. personal pronouns—Don't use 2nd person pronouns (your & your)

Reaffirm (expand) the thesis smoothly and naturally in the ending of the essay.
Include smooth transitions between points both within paragraphs and between paragraphs.
Consider your audience--Make thesis useful and significant for your chosen audience.
